Intake manifold

I had to dismount the carbs from the intake manifold, so I figured I’d take a couple of pictures for reference. This intake manifold is, according to Wolfcreek Racing, a genuine Datsun Competition item. I looked it up in one of my books, and it could be the intake part number 14002-E4620. Now, the manifold has no marks or ID cast into it, so there’s no way for me to know for sure.So, over to the pictures.

The intake manifold. Note the lack of the vacuum equalizer tube.

Intake side is 35mm.

Runner length is close to 120mm.

Carb side is close to 44mm.

Wether it’s genuine or not, it’s a pretty sweet manifold. Looking forward to hear the 44mm Mikunis roar when the engine is done.
